Lynn JenkinsConsultant, Research & Writing
Lynn came to Sterling in 2008, where she writes an array of materials for our clients as well as case studies on urban education and other topics. Her writing career began in the mid-1980s at Educational Testing Service, where she led reporting activities for the National Assessment of Educational Progress and National Adult Literacy Survey. After working at the Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching with former U.S. Education Commissioner Ernest Boyer, she spent a decade as a freelance writer before moving to Houston to join the Center for Reform of School Systems.
Lynn earned a BS in Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin and an EdM from Harvard Graduate School of Education.
